Favors in the middle, Jazz and National PAAC Friday

Utah Jazz radio voice and Jazz NBA Insider David Locke delivers to you a daily podcast on the Utah Jazz with the insight you can’t get anywhere else.   Subscribe to LOCKED ON JAZZ on iTunes, Android, Spotify or listen on Alexa or Google Home.

Locke starts the show looking at tonight’s match-up with the Brooklyn Nets and how the Jazz fared last time. Then the focus turned to Derrick Favors as a center and if the Jazz can defend well enough with Favors in the game as the center.   The numbers in the last three games are not encouraging, though it is a lot more than just who is playing at center.

It is a PAAC Friday where Locke takes a look at the Jazz offensive players and how they are performing.  Some good signs on Rodney Hood, Alec Burks and Donovan Mitchell.

Then it is time to take a look at the national level and who is the best offensive player in the NBA.  It’s LeBron James at this point of the season.  The top 10 are the elite of the NBA already and the bottom 10 has a young look to it.

Today’s show is brought to you by Murdock Hyundai as well as Stevens Henager college text keyword to 88588 for more information.
