Jam-packed show for the home opener.   The show is highlighted by David Locke sitting down with Ricky Rubio in a get to know interview.  They go back to Spain to learn about his childhood.  Then they discuss how he broke into professional basketball and the burden that was placed on him at a young age.   The conversation wraps up talking about the books Talent Code and Grit and how they apply to his life.

First, Locke reacts to the gruesome injury to former Jazzman Gordon Hayward and all the impact.  Locke also had some thoughts on the Warriors and the Rockets before turning his attention to the Jazz opening night opponent the Denver Nuggets.  A deep breakdown on Nikola Jokic as the Jazz great defense will have its hands full.

Dennis Lindsey met with the media yesterday and today’s show shares some of his comments on Donovan Mitchell and Ricky Rubio.

The show is brought to you by the Utah Snowmobile Show on the 20th and 21st at the South Town Expo Center and new sponsor The Store at 6200 South and 20th East.  Go try the fresh squeezed orange juice and the incredible tortilla chips
