LOCKED ON JAZZ – Gobert’s evolving excellence and where Utah Jazz stand

David Locke

Utah Jazz radio voice and Jazz NBA Insider David Locke takes a look at the Jazz last 5 games and how they have played. The season changed when the team went to Los Angeles and Locke looks back at the team since that date. Plus, he digs into where the Jazz stand since Kyle Korver. All of this points to a team that is playing really well and is as good as most people thought they were going to be.

Rudy Gobert has changed the way he is playing defense and that is quite an ask on the defensive player of the year. He is showing how his impact on games is that of a top 10 player in the NBA.

Then Locke takes a look at the projections systems to see where the Jazz stand.

David Locke enters his ninth year as the radio play-by-play voice of the Utah Jazz, having spent the majority of his career in radio in Salt Lake City and Seattle. In the summer of 2016, Locke created the Locked on Podcast Network which has podcast daily bite sized podcasts for every NBA and NFL team. A native of Palo Alto, Calif., Locke graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles with a degree in Political Science and Sociology. Locke and his wife have a son and a daughter.
