Wolves 1st at not turning it over v. Jazz 4th forcing turnovers

Jazz lead it 22-18 Gobert just had 3 straight incredible blocks. One of them was called goaltending by …… Kane Fitzgerald – The above the break three is going to key for the Jazz and Minnesota is 30th in NBA defending the restricted area

End of 1st Quarter – Wolves 24 Jazz 23. Jazz led 17-11 Minnesota went on a 7-0 run. Jazz 2 for 8 from three. 5 second chance points have been vital for Jazz. 5 turnovers for Jazz

Joe Ingles with more really poor passes tonight. Strange. Haven’t seen this since his rookie year. Jazz now have 9 turnovers and Minnesota has 15 points off those turnovers. Jazz have focussed on this every minute of practice this week. Minnesota leads it 39-36

Karl Anthony Towns has been ejected by Kane Fitzergald. 2 techs in the last 2 minutes. First on elbow to Crowder and this time arguing a call. Wolves without Butler and Towns

Wiggins and Teague trying to take over the game for Minnesota. Royce O’Neale checking to stop Andrew Wiggins and forces an airball and a turnover. O’Neale is such a great defender.

Jazz lead 79-72 with 2:55 left in the 3rd Quarter. have a chance to blow out Minnesota tonight without Towns and Butler. Need to get it done

Jazz lead 85-77 heading into the 4th quarter. Jazz are 27-4 when leading going into 4th. The Jazz are 3rd best 4th quarter and the Wolves 27th

Ricky Rubio is having the ultimate Ricky Rubio game. 2 for 6 shooting 9 points and the Jazz are +24 in his 25 minutes and -15 in the 17 minutes he hasn’t played. Jazz 103 Wolves 94 with 5:42 left

Minnesota 8-2 run after Teague was ejected for cheap shot on Rubio, Jazz lead 107-102 with 3:25 left in 4th quarter

Jazz close it out and get a much needed win. No help from the rest of the West. That help is not coming. Jazz going to have to take care of it all themselves in this playoff madness.

The Jazz fell short in the second half as the Toronto defense shut the new-look Jazz down in route to cruising to an 114 – 82 Raptors victory. Lauri Markkanen shined for the Jazz with 20 points and 5 rebounds but the Raptors length and athleticism proved to be too much for the Jazz riding a dominant 3rd quarter to pull away from the Jazz who played well in the first half, only trailing by one.

Relive the game through the radio highlights. Voiced by Leif Thulin.
