Utah Jazz have less options than previously thought, routes to get free agents and Mo Wagner breakdown

The Utah Jazz have less options on how to acquire talent than David Locke had thought.  Correcting an error on how the salary cap works under the new agreement has limited the Jazz options.  Locke, the radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA Insider, explains what these means for Utah Jazz options in the off-season.
