Rodney Hood went crazy over the weekend and it might be a great sign.  Locke digs into Hood’s career and looks back at similar runs of consistency.    Signs are that if Hood can avoid the injuries of last year this might be the player the Jazz can anticipate on a nightly basis.

The Jazz without Rudy Gobert are a completely different team.  They have become an offensive team not a defensive team.   A dive into the numbers shows how dramatic that is and Locke explains why it is the case.  Ricky Rubio might be settling into a more comfortable role and the helps him and the Jazz as well.

Finally, Locke runs around the NBA briefly for a quick status check on how the league looks right now
