Jazz v. Kings about to tip off
Jazz starting with Rubio,O’Neale, Ingles, Crowder and Gobert. Jazz starters were -27 in 10 minutes v. Kings in first two games so matchup to Kings lineup seems like a good idea.
Kings are 26th offensively in halfcourt #2 in transition

Jazz 21 Kings 19 with 4:15 left in 1st quarter
Ricky Rubio with 3 layups. When he makes his lay ups it opens up so much for him. Came into the game at 39.5% at the rim.
Rubio has 12 points on 5 of 6 shooting.
Jazz doing a good job of getting Kings into half court

Jazz 38 Kings 32 with 8:57 2nd quarter
Raul Neto has brought a terrific energy to the game. He has added tempo offensively and made some plays on defensive side. He has his limitations but effort and heart are not on that list
Jazz 53 Kings 44 with 4:18 left in the 2nd quarter
Jazz on a 8-0 run by making a few threes – Jae Crowder and Grayson Allen knock them down
For the 5th time in his career Ricky Rubio has 20 points in a half and has 21 points on 9 of 11 shooting

Jazz 59 Kings 50 at halftime
Rubio with 23 his 2nd highest half of scoring in his career
Favors with 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks. Great 12 minutes
Jazz keeping Kings in halfcourt and have a defensive rating of 97
Via @cleantheglass the Jazz have taken 52% of their shots at the rim
Also Sacramento has played 80% of their possessions in the half court which is a lot for the Kings

Jazz 72 Kings 65 with 5:43 3rd quarter
Huge sequence Kings looked really tired and Jazz were up 10 and had the ball. Didn;t execute the offense correctly and then helped off wrong guy in transition. Building gains life and timeout Quin.
Subtle mistakes but huge impact

Jazz 107 Kings 91 with 7:19 4th quarter
Derrick Favors has been great tonight. Quin Snyder told me before the game they wanted to get him more integrated into the offense. He has 11 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals, 3 blocks.
Raul Neto +16

FINAL SCORE – Jazz 133 Kings 112
Much needed blowout win against the Kings
Rubio leads the Jazz with 27. Gobert 18 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists
Jazz did a great job in transition defense
Neto +14 on 19 minutes

JAZZ GAME REWIND: 2nd Half propels Toronto past the youthful Jazz

The Jazz fell short in the second half as the Toronto defense shut the new-look Jazz down in route to cruising to an 114 – 82 Raptors victory. Lauri Markkanen shined for the Jazz with 20 points and 5 rebounds but the Raptors length and athleticism proved to be too much for the Jazz riding a dominant 3rd quarter to pull away from the Jazz who played well in the first half, only trailing by one.

Relive the game through the radio highlights. Voiced by Leif Thulin.
